I believe that employees should not be taking anything for their own personal use. I think it's disrespectful to the employer since, they were considerate enough to give that person the job in the first place. Although I do know that people may be in tough situations but taking a company's belongs isn't the right thing to do. Unless the owner themselves has given the authority to do so, then it would be understandable. After all, the employees were selected because the employer believes they can be trusted. Eventually, it would hurt the business if supplies would to be missing. This may lead to innocent people being fired for someone else's mistakes.

My future career goals would be majoring in criminology or a sociology degree. These topics call my attention because I enjoy reading articles that are about crime scene investigations. I would like to work as a homicide detective or in a forensics team. I am currently in a sociology class so the subject has become an eye open experience. My backup plan would be to become a sociologist, if for some reason I don't enjoy criminology. I am still indecisive of what career path I will end up in because I don't know if i will enjoy taking those classes so I may end up changing majors. For the moment I will do more research as to what future career makes a good impact on me.

My writing challenges would have to be starting an essay. This is a challenge for me because I don't know if I gave too much information or not enough. Sometimes I wonder if what I started off with makes since to the reader. For me as the writer it’s hard to word my thoughts because I have much to say but don't exactly know how to explain everything. Something that has helped me is drafting my essay before starting the final draft. This way I am able to stay organized and detailed with what I write.

Communicating in High School is different from how it used to be because we all use technology to communicate. We communicate through social media which can either be good or bad depending on how people use it. Some people now a days are cyber bullied because it’s easier for people to be mean through a screen rather than face to face. That can come with consequences because it can ruin someone’s self-esteem. Sometimes they might feel like being at home can’t keep them safe anymore. In some sad cases the victims may end up committing suicide because they have believed everything they have been told. To sum up, I believe we should all raise awareness to younger people and make them realize that even there "typed words" can be harm full to someone.
